We use evidence-based, developmentally informed and person-centred methods. Each plan is tailored to individual needs, drawing on CBT, ACT, DBT, Schema Therapy and analytic approaches to support long-term growth and resilience.
We provide specialised services in child and adolescent mental health, adult psychology, Autism, ADHD and cognitive assessments, NDIS Behaviour Support, and emotional and developmental concerns. Services are available in English and Farsi.
We welcome referrals for psychology, counselling, behaviour support, psychological assessments, and couple therapy.
Our team provides flexible appointment options to meet each client’s needs, including in-person sessions (Macleod, Melbourne), Telehealth (online), and outreach services for eligible clients.
