At Flourish Horizon, we provide structured, supportive clinical psychology supervision for both provisional and registered psychologists, ensuring they receive the essential guidance necessary for effective behavior support. Our supervision is delivered by a Board-Approved Supervisor with extensive experience in clinical, developmental, and neurodiversity-focused practice, encompassing both couple therapy and group therapy settings.
For provisional psychologist supervision, we offer sessions that comply with AHPRA requirements for the 4+2, 5+1, and transitional programs. These sessions emphasize assessment skills, intervention competence, case formulation, report writing, risk management, ethical practice, and reflective thinking. Our supervisees receive clear guidance and valuable feedback to foster their confidence, competence, and progression along their professional pathway, especially in delivering mental health services.
For registered psychologist support, we provide advanced clinical supervision focused on ongoing professional development. Key areas may include handling complex presentations, trauma-informed care, neurodevelopmental assessments, enhancing therapeutic skills, adhering to documentation standards, and strengthening clinical judgment, all of which are vital for conducting comprehensive psychological assessments.

In terms of affordability, our supervision fees for 2026 are set at $198 per hour including GST, significantly more accessible than the AAPi national recommended fee of $330 per session for 2025 to 2026. This ensures you can receive professional, compliant, best-practice supervision at a more manageable rate.
